All ready-made pieces are shipped with Australia Post from our studio in regional South Australia.

Orders are usually posted within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please check your junk or spam folder if you do not see this email.

As we are based in regional South Australia, delivery times may vary. Regular post can take up to 12 business days, while express post may take up to 5 business days.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post and tracking has been provided, RAFF.A.ELLA is not responsible for delays, incorrect addresses, or parcels lost or damaged in transit.

returns

We want you to love your RAFF.A.ELLA piece.

If something is not quite right, you may return eligible full-priced items for a refund, exchange or store credit.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, or 21 days for international orders.

Items must be returned in original condition. They must not have been worn, altered, washed or damaged, and all tags must remain attached.

refunds, exchanges & store credit

Refunds are issued for the value of the item only. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are not refunded.

If you choose store credit, your credit will include the value of the item and any original shipping paid.

If you choose an exchange, RAFF.A.ELLA will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund, exchange or store credit to be processed once your return has been received.

sale items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit, unless the item is faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

returning your item

Please return items using a traceable postage service. RAFF.A.ELLA cannot process returns that are not received.

custom & pre-order pieces

If you purchase a custom or pre-order piece, you will receive an email confirming your order details and estimated completion time.

Current turnaround time is approximately two weeks.

You will be notified once your piece is complete. As with ready-made orders, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order has been posted.
